HOTEL RESTAURANT AT ALTITUDE.
Unique, unusual, exceptional, at an altitude of 2200 m, it is at Chal'Heureux that your holidays will take on a whole new meaning, up there on the mountain on the Les Joyeux piste.
. There's no car here, it smells like a vacation, only a few days left before your arrival at Chal'Heureux!
We are as excited as you! Your room will be waiting for you from 4 p.m.
In summer, breakfast is from 8:00 a.m. at a rate of €16/pers, at lunchtime and in the evening we operate à la carte, or the hotel menu is €37 per person excluding drinks, we hope to delight you. of our good dishes prepared with the greatest care and all homemade with mainly fresh and local products.
In summer the path is passable by car but it is better to have a 4x4. Do not hesitate to call us so that we can pick you up in the station. You can leave your car in the large caribou car park, in front of the Flocon restaurant or if you prefer we have the possibility of a garage. closed at 15€.
We accept dogs with a supplement of €15 per night (under certain conditions).
In order to prepare your arrival, here is some information to reach the hotel:
- one hour before your arrival, call us on 09 67 74 59 08 so that we can pick you up. Le Chal'Heureux being located in the middle of the slopes, it is possible to leave your vehicle in the resort. We take you to the hotel in a 4x4 (arrival and departure only)
- if you wish, you can also arrive on your own. 2.5 km forest path accessible by car, mountain bike and on foot or by gondola (telemix). Just remember to let us know.
- when you leave, we can also take you from Chal'Heureux to the resort in a 4x4 (except between noon and 3 p.m.)
Directions to find the path:
Go to the top of the station towards the new toboggan run.
Below the toboggan going up towards the pass on your right at the level of the last buildings you have a hotel residence: "The village club of the sun" you have to enter (There are 2 barriers but the one at the bottom is open)
and You have to go to the very end of the car park where the beginning of the path is.
Your stay at Chal'Heureux will really start in an unusual and unique way!

1- Summer booking conditions
Price The prices mentioned on the site are in euros. They mean by
room and per night.
Breakfast is 16 € and from 8:00 a.m., noon and evening we
we work à la carte or the evening menu for the hotel is 37 €/pers
excluding drinks
Your online reservation on the chalheureux.com website is
systematically guaranteed and you must communicate the number of your
credit card to validate the reservation. A confirmation email from
reservation will be sent to you on which will appear your number of
reservation. An invalid credit card results in the cancellation of the
reservation.
2 - Summer cancellation conditions
Any cancellation of reservation must be made imperatively. Without
cancellation confirmed by us, no amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the date of the stay, 50% of the
total amount of the stay will be retained.
In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the date of the stay,
the entire stay is due: Room and breakfast and dinner.
In case of stay started and then shortened, the entire stay is
due: half board, room and breakfast.
3 - Accommodation
Room rentals are from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 a.m. with arrival at
maximum at 8:00 p.m.
Drinks and food outside the hotel are prohibited.
NB. For any object missing in the rooms, the corresponding amount
to the object will be deducted from the credit card left as guarantee (i.e. Plaid 50 € or
key €50)
4- Spa On 2 days a half-hour access is offered to the kota sauna during a stay of 7 nights, 2 accesses of 30 min are
offered; if more 10 € / person / 1/2 hour will be requested.
It is forbidden to consume drinks in the spa as well as
food.
The spa is under your own responsibility and is forbidden to women
pregnant.
5 - Terms of payment For stays of less than 3 nights,
full payment is taken upon reservation. For stays
more than 3 nights, 50% of the amount of the stay is debited at the
reservation, the balance 20 days before the start of the stay.
